Kolar February 6 : We must understand the rights of children and make the rights of protection, development, participation and survival rule in our lives. M. V. N. Rao of the Gram Vikas Institute said that the development of children is possible only by consuming food that is cooked at home. He spoke at Young India Development Society, CAN Network, Rotary Lakeside, Kolar and Gram Vikas Samyuktashra on Child Rights and Inaugurating a Symposium and Horlixi Pack Distribution Program. Eat red, white, dark green, orange vegetables and fruits of your choice. Colorful vegetables are rich in vitamins, minerals and fiber which provide essential nutrients for good health. Vitamin A (carrot, broccoli, spinach, collard greens, red bell pepper, watermelon, cheese etc.), Vitamin C (citrus oranges, grapes, kiwi, pineapple, guava, walnuts, leaves, tomato etc.), Vitamin D (salmon Fish, sardines, fresh tuna, fortified milk), vitamin E (cucumber, sunflower seeds, almonds, peanuts, cooking oil).
